What is the Baileys S’mores Liqueur?
The Baileys S’mores liqueur is a limited edition flavor that was released by Baileys in fall of 2022. This delicious liqueur pops up in stores around September. Here is how the company describes the Liqueur:
Ingredients for the Baileys S’mores Cocktail:
These are the ingredients we used for the baileys s’mores cocktail you can switch them up with some of the suggestions below
Vanilla Vodka: We used Smirnoff vanilla vodka for this drink, a great alternative would be marshmallow vodka, or salted caramel vodka.
Creme De Cacao: This is a delicious chocolate liqueur that we used to deep the chocolate flavor in this drink. As a substitute you can use chocolate syrup.
Half and Half: The half and half is used as a topper for the cocktail. You can also use Heavy whipping cream or whole milk.
Crushed Graham Crackers for the rim: We put the graham crackers in a ziplock bag and crushed them up. Place them in a single layer on a plate.
Marshmallow Fluff for the rim: Place the marshmallow fluff in a single layer on the plate and gently roll the rim of the glass in it until coated.
Toasted Marshmallows for garnish on a cocktail pick: Toasting the marshmallows is a fun extra touch, you don’t have to toast it for this garnish, but we recommend it.

How to toast a Marshmallow without a Campfire
If you want to toast a marshmallow to garnish the Baileys S’mores Cocktail, but you do not have a campfire here are a few easy alternatives.
1. Using a Gas Stove or Electric Stove
- Gas Stove: Hold a marshmallow on a skewer or long fork about 2-3 inches above the flame. Rotate it slowly until it’s golden brown or your preferred level of toastiness.
- Electric Stove: If you have an electric stove, hold the marshmallow near the heated coil, rotating it the same way until it’s toasted.
Tip: Be careful not to get too close to the flame or coil to avoid burning the marshmallow or catching it on fire.
2. Using a Broiler in the Oven
- Place marshmallows on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Set the oven to the broil setting and place the sheet on the top rack.
- Watch closely, as marshmallows will toast quickly. Rotate them halfway through for even toasting.
Tip: Keep an eye on them to prevent burning; they toast in under a minute!
3. Using a Kitchen Torch
- Skewer the marshmallow and use a handheld kitchen torch.
- Lightly torch the marshmallow from a distance, moving the flame in a circular motion to avoid burning it in one spot.
Tip: This is a fast method, so keep the flame low and move it constantly to achieve even toasting.
4. Using a Toaster Oven
- Preheat the toaster oven to the broil setting.
- Place marshmallows on a foil-lined tray and toast them in the toaster oven for 1-2 minutes, watching closely.
Whichever method you choose, make sure to toast the marshmallow evenly by rotating it, and always supervise it to prevent burning.
