Do you use raw or fresh pizza dough to make Blackstone pizza?
I used raw sourdough pizza dough that I cooked right on the Blackstone while the chicken and vegetables were also cooking. If you don’t want to use a raw pizza dough or make one from scratch, you can use a precooked dough. To use a precooked dough I would cook the diced chicken and vegetables on the griddle first and add the pizza crust when you are ready to build the pizza on the Blackstone. This way you can avoid burning your precooked pizza crust.
