This recipe makes a full 16oz serving so adjust accordingly if needed
In a full sized blender add1 frozen banana1 Cup your choice of milk1 Cup plain Greek yogurt1 tsp honey or pure maple syrup1 Tbsp peanut butter2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Adjust the milk liquid if desiredLess will produce a thicker smoothie, more will give you an easily drinkable consistency
Blend until everything is fully combined into a creamy consistency
