Our peanut butter protein smoothie is made with banana, peanut butter, plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened chocolate, and honey for a high protein recovery drink

This recipe makes a full 16oz serving so adjust accordingly if needed

In a full sized blender add 1 frozen banana 1 Cup your choice of milk 1 Cup plain Greek yogurt 1 tsp honey or pure maple syrup 1 Tbsp peanut butter 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Adjust the milk liquid if desired Less will produce a thicker smoothie, more will give you an easily drinkable consistency

Blend until everything is fully combined into a creamy consistency
